Return and Exchange Policy

We do not refund for change of mind purchases. We do not refund for incorrect sizing as we do our utmost best to give detailed information on all clothing. All requests for an exchange will be subject to availability. Credit notes may be provided. They may be sent via email or posted to you. If for any reason you wish to obtain an exchange, you may return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving your order. For international orders 28 days. Please complete the returns form, which accompanied your order, and enclose this with your parcel to the returns address provided on the returns form.

We will only offer an exchange for clothing if the garment/s is/are unused, in perfect resalable condition with the SuElle Swing Tag/s still attached. All goods must be returned in the original packaging.

We will only offer a refund for clothing if the garment is damaged which will be determined upon inspection. We will first offer a replacement and if item can not be replaced we will offer a refund.  We cannot accept returns for clothing that have been torn, soiled or damaged due to incorrect washing or use. In the interests of hygiene, we have a strict no exchange or refund policy on scarves (hijabs) . All postage costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer SuElle Boutique will not reimburse the customer for the cost of return shipping costs.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE EXCHANGES IF THE ABOVE PROCEDURES HAVE NOT BEEN FOLLOWED.
